Description
Salt bars are a different animal. The lather is dense and lotion-like rather than fluffy, and customers uniformly report the best results come from using hot water and a washcloth to activate the suds. Hawaiian Red Alaea salt makes up most of the bar by weight. The red color comes from clay in the salt itself; no colorant added.
The fragrance is Sea Salt and Orchid: ozone and orange at the top, freesia and sea salt in the middle, tonka bean and amber underneath. It’s infused with orange peel, lemon, eucalyptus, and clove leaf essential oils. The result is coastal without being a cliche about it. The base is 100% coconut oil, which is what salt bars need to hold up.
