Dec. 7 Update
We had a great (very chilly & gray!) day yesterday. The final event of our 2025 schedule saw more than 50 bars of soap go to new homes! I’ll be updating the site inventory today (Sunday, Dec. 7). Our next in-person show will be the Naked Goat market in March 2026, date to be determined. We’ve been invited to vend at the 2026 IOLI Convention next summer. It will be our first multi-day event, and I’m trying not to be nervous about it! Much more information to come as we firm up plans.
Sept. Temporary Shutdown
Sept. 20 Update: Our last day to ship orders this month will be Sept. 23. We will resume shipping on Oct 3. I’m planning to update our inventory with our new goat milk soaps the weekend of Oct. 4-5, so if you can wait until early October to order you’ll get to see the latest offerings!
Autumn Market Schedule: Our first market day of the season will be at The Naked Goat Market in York, SC on Saturday, October 18. We’re looking forward to seeing return customers and meeting new people. This has always been such a mellow day of music and good food and fun vendors. If you’re within driving distance of the Lake Wylie area, please stop by. The market is held at an old goat farm at 3972 Hands Mill Hwy, York, SC 29745
June 22 Inventory Update
June 22 Update: The pop-up event at Graff’s Blueberry Farm in Rock Hill, SC was a success, and we have a lot less soap today than we did on Friday! Please don’t trust the inventory numbers on the site until we get a chance to do inventory today and update the numbers. Many thanks to everyone who stopped by the booth, and to Patty & Rusty for the warm welcome to their farm.
Welcome to Rushbrook Soap
We are pleased to offer our South Carolina-made soaps* to you online. Our primary focus this year is on serving our customers at markets around the south side of Charlotte, NC. You can see event announcements on our News page. This summer we will be adding social media accounts where you can watch for special limited edition offerings and news of our little soap business. Instagram is first (though there’s no content yet).
*and soon we’ll be offering liquid soap, shave soap, fragrant wax melts, and candles!

June 15 Event Schedule Update: Our next scheduled event at The Naked Goat isn’t until October, but we’re on the standby list for the July Pop-Up Market at Ballantyne Village. We’ll post updates here if we get the call.
Summer Plans
While we don’t expect to do any shows in June or July, we will be busy making soap; restocking our existing line and experimenting with new scents and formulas. We’ve been asked for Vanilla, Pear, Green Tea & Cucumber, Frankincense & Myrrh, and an evergreen-scented soap.
