Keeping it Simple

We want you to love your Rushbrook Soap. If our soap does not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase — no questions asked — within 90 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Proof of purchase (such as your order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required. You don’t need to return the product. Just contact us at service@rushbrooksoap.com with your details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow several days for your refund to be processed by your financial provider.

If, after a week from when we confirm your refund, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@rushbrooksoap.com.
